    Us (Vivos): We are responsible for the technology. Our mission is to provide a safe, innovative and intuitive platform, which includes active moderation of the environment through technology to identify and curb violations of our terms, supporting your development.

    You (User): You are the person at the center of our platform, seeking to grow, learn and connect with high-impact content.

    Our role is to be the technological bridge that connects you to the platform's resources. We provide the infrastructure and powerful tools, such as our AI Assistant (Artificial Intelligence) directly in your WhatsApp, so that your experience is fast and efficient. For this, it uses one of the world's most advanced language technologies, ensuring a smart and fluid conversation. We believe so much in the revolutionary potential of the Assistant in your life that we allow it to be used to help you with various everyday tasks. Wondering how to prepare a food? Want to know if a tomato is a vegetable or a fruit? Not sure what to cook with the ingredients you have? Just send a message on WhatsApp and you will receive valuable tips, at any time of day. To offer AI-powered nutritional and exercise analysis features, we use the services of OpenAI, Inc. When you use these features and explicitly consent in the app, your meal and exercise descriptions, food photographs and audio recordings are sent to OpenAI for processing. You can revoke this consent at any time in the app's privacy settings.

    But remember: it is a support tool, not an expert. Its responses are NOT professional advice and the responsibility for how you use them is yours.

    One of the pillars of our platform is the COMMUNITY. We know that inspiration and knowledge exchange are the foundation for you to achieve your goals, so we encourage interaction among community members. For this, we allow and reward useful interactions, such as sharing feelings, advice, stories and especially sharing your routine and progress without filters. And, to allow anyone to use this collective power, we have created tools to guarantee your anonymity on the platform, allowing you to choose between using your name or a nickname that will represent you.

    To get started, you just need to be over 18 years old and keep your information always up to date. Your account is your personal space. Take good care of it, as all activity carried out through it is your responsibility. For everyone's safety, if we identify any misuse, we may suspend the account.

    All information about prices and formats will always be clear on each offer page.

    Secure Payments: Your security is our priority. Transactions are processed by specialized partners and we do not store your sensitive financial data.

To ensure compliance with this pact, Vivos uses moderation technologies to analyze content and identify violations of community rules, and we offer tools to report any inappropriate content. Any violation identified may result in content removal and immediate banning of those responsible, without the right to compensation.     6. Our Commitment to Transparency

    Your Food Photos (Automatic Posting): The photographs you send to our AI Assistant on WhatsApp will be automatically published in the community, as part of your public logbook.

    The only information we keep strictly private is your confidential registration data (email, name and phone number), your interactions with the AI Assistant (not involving photographs and evolution metrics), and your conversations with our support team. This "public by default" model is the heart of our community. If you are not comfortable with this condition, Vivos may not be the ideal platform for you.

    Content: The responsibility for content lies with whoever publishes it. We celebrate the autonomy and experience of the community.

    Your AI Assistant on WhatsApp: Imagine having a highly trained personal assistant for your journey, available at any time on your WhatsApp. That is our AI Assistant.     Your Freedom: You can close your account whenever you want. We may also close accounts that have been inactive for a long time, but always with prior notice.
