Chat with your data in Claude, ChatGPT and Grok

The MCP server of Vivos, the AI calorie counter for iPhone

Vivos has its own MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. With it you connect your Vivos account to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok and ask, in plain language, about the meals, workouts, exams, measurements and pets you logged in the app.

    What you can ask

    • “How many calories and how much protein did I eat per day this week?”
    • “On which days last month did I go over my calorie goal?”
    • “How have my weight and body fat changed since I started?”
    • “Which markers in my last blood test are outside the reference range?”
    • “Which vaccines has my dog already had?”

    What the assistant can see

    • Logged meals, with foods and macros
    • Exercises and workouts from Apple Watch and Apple Health
    • Weight, height, body measurements and body fat
    • Lab exams and mental-health questionnaire results
    • Calorie and macro goal, with its change history
    • Daily tracking, custom foods, workout plans and pets

    How your data stays protected

    • Read-only: the assistant never changes anything in Vivos
    • Only your own records, never anyone else's
    • Nothing is shared until you connect the assistant yourself and sign in to your Vivos account
    • You can remove the connection any time in the assistant's settings
